The heated pool was constructed in 2021, and the main electrical panel was replaced at this time. Both bedrooms have large closets and there is a fully renewed bathroom off the main living space. Hot water is supplied by an on demand electric water heater. The home was never rented, as it was homesteaded as the seller’s primary residence. The tight knit neighborhood is home to many full-time residents. However, city zoning allows for rental occupancy a minimum of 1-7 nights. This ground level home, like many on the island, was damaged by Helene’s surging water, but untouched by the winds of Milton. Once the sellers were able, they immediately started the substantial process of renovation to bring the home back to its previous glory. On the exterior, the pool was cleaned, serviced and ready for use with a new pool pump. Nothing was left undone in this renovation. The furniture you see stays.
